Himalayan salt is one of the world's oldest natural salts, and is presented just as it is mined from the ground. The stunning pink crystals started to form hundreds of millions of years ago amongst the foothills of the Himalayas in Pakistan. The salt's pink hue is from the trace levels of mineral in the salt: calcium, magnesium and iron.

All our salt is lovely to cook with, or – if you prefer – of course you can add it to bath water too for a mineral salt bath! Cure or cook food directly in contact with the salt plates. Or grind and season the pink Himalayan salt crystals over your food.
